i had been getting the clothes ironed in a shop i o v m street and i had done about thirty clothes ironed in the shop and it cost me about two rupees per cloth. the cost seems to me to be prohibitive the presence of mansions in the area of triplicane has made the cost of ironing to escalate.there are also mobile ironing facility where the cost of ironing a cloth(either pairt/shirt) would be one rupee and fifty paise. those would be done with coal for the heat needed for ironing. while the shops that charge rupees two use the electric iron machines to do the ironing.
